Udnē is part of the fxhash interactive minting experience at Performance in Code: Deciphering Value in Generative Art, Art Basel Miami Beach, 2022.
Udnē is a collection of asymmetric textural compositions. It's a search for creating harmonies and disharmonies by combining 3 colors with 3 unsynchronized mathematical equations. Udnē explores the beauty within triadic compositions while attempting to integrate two contrasting textures by forming instances of non-figurative scenes. The collection is a reflection of integrated and contrasting textures in micro and macro scale that we see in our everyday life environment.

The project is a real-time animation that continuously communicates with the Bitcoin blockchain through the Ordinals protocol, using live blockchain data to generate ever-evolving animations. Inspired by the cycle of life, the work treats the Bitcoin blockchain as a living ecosystem that mirrors the transient nature of existence. The state of the piece updates daily by retrieving time data directly from the Ordinals protocol. It continuously monitors the Bitcoin blockchain’s periodic events and evolves accordingly.
